From 2001 -2007 Get Busy Productions ran its hip hop and R&B events out of Sydney’s multi-million dollar superclub ‘GAS’ which was designed by the late INXS front man Michael Hutchence.

GBP is responsible for maintaining the high profile weekly event and was instrumental in the clubs consistent success, rightly earning the title of Sydney’s longest running R&B hip hop club.

First promoter outside of Europe to run Ministry of sounds urban night, ‘Smoove’. Get busy was asked to host the hip hop Arena in the 2006 we love sounds winter festival. Headlining was hip hop pioneer Grandmaster flash, With well over 8000 people in attendance. The first urban club promoter to secure and deliver two international artists in one night, de la soul and Kelly Rowland.
